• Siddha Soothe & Sleep enhances the child’s ability to focus on the basic process of letting go, of falling asleep, of relaxing into the nature of that which is already present in them. This happens in a way in which dreams then become more pleasant or provide some understanding.

• Allows your child to increase their conscious awareness of their own sleep behavior. Listening attentively as your children describe their experiences will help their process.
