About Us
We're a small family-owned business in Lake Benton, MN that offers vitamins & supplements as well as various other health related services. We opened our doors a little over 26 years ago, and since that time, we have seen the industry change significantly. As many of the supplement companies are bought and sold, it has been a challenge to monitor the quality of products, and make sure we are offering our customers something that will benefit them. It has also been our goal to help our customers understand their needs, since there is no one product that is going to 'cure' everything...and a person's needs are always changing!

Useful information about delivery and returns
You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our store or have them shipped to your doorstep. Shipping is free on all orders over $150. All other orders will include a simple $7 shipping and handling fee. *Please note some products are 'store pickup' only.
At the Secure Checkout page, you‘ll see the ordered item’s description, its price, and delivery date. We use USPS Priority shipping which is generally 1-3 days and includes tracking, but delivery times may vary depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order.
